All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any price changes, errors in pricing, or discontinued items.
3. Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit cards and payment through Shopify's secure checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are processed.
4. Shipping
We ship nationwide using reliable carriers. Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping addresses. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or carrier delays.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, we recommend steaming only and washing on a delicate cycle with hang or lay flat to dry.
We are not responsible for damage caused by laundering, ironing, or steaming.

6. Complimentary Services
We offer complimentary steaming upon request. Once purchased, customers are welcome to bring their items back for complimentary steaming before wear.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to orders.

9. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
